Unlike typical home energy setups, our solutions require no professional installation and work right out of a standard socket. Designed for ease, affordability, and sustainability, we make it possible for millions to reduce their energy costs and carbon emissions. Our go-to-market strategy centres on strategic partnerships with energy suppliers rather than traditional hardware sales. We enable suppliers to offer new dynamic tariffs bundled with our battery at zero upfront cost to customers. The supplier captures wholesale market savings and grid services revenue, whilst customers see immediate bill reductions. This creates a win-win-win model: suppliers reduce procurement costs, customers save money, and Windfall generates recurring revenue from managing this distributed battery network. We're targeting the 9 million UK households in flats, small homes, and rental properties currently excluded from the clean energy transition. With established partnerships already in development with major energy suppliers and validated customer demand through our pilot programme, we're positioned to scale rapidly through B2B2C distribution. Ashley Grealish and Rob Hallifax co-founded Windfall Energy. Ashley has experience leading engineering teams in energy and battery startups. Rob is a mechanical engineer, serial Kickstarter founder, and has experience across the consumer and design space.
